During my 45-year residence in Pullman, I frequently ran across estate sales managed by Richard Old. They were always well organized, and his clients were satisfied with his services. On one occasion he handled an antique desk for me which was a gratifying transaction.
Recently, he took charge of my late son’s storage unit that contained a variety of items and was poorly organized. I made a list of items that I wanted, and Dr. Old found every item but also identified several items that he thought I might want to keep. He was correct in his assessment, and I greatly appreciated his thoughtfulness, especially now living here some 600 miles from Pullman.
