I highly recommend Richard Old and his Estate Services company. Recently, we began the process of what to do with our parent’s home and all their cherished possessions after the passing of our mother. Once our father decided to move from their home and return back to Montana, we had the daunting task of deciding what to do next.
We reached out to Richard for his advice and he gave us multiple options explaining the pros and cons of each one. We ended up doing a private sale with his help to advertise to his extensive email list. He gave us so much advice on signage around town, what days/hours were best, how to price items, and how to negotiate a sale price. Our sale would not have been so successful without his help and advice. We sold more than we expected and it’s because of Richard’s expertise. We donated what was left to local non-profits.
