Thank you so much for making downsizing and preparing a home for sale for an elderly person so much easier and virtually stress free. There was little stress for two reasons: first, because you promised to take care of everything. Second, because you actually did what you promised, even though the job was more difficult than you thought it would be. The fact you completed the work faster than scheduled also allowed us to list the house for sale more quickly. There was a tense moment– a very large and difficult piece of furniture refused to leave the house, despite the efforts of a professional moving team. However, you prevailed! Your dogged determination won the day, and you got the piece out of house. Also appreciated was your attention to detail which saved some important personal mementos we had overlooked.
Throughout the entire experience, you stayed true to your word. You have my heartfelt thanks and highest recommendation.
