I cannot recommend Mr. Old enough. My family entered a difficult situation when my father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease. He had been living alone for over 20 years and had been living in his home for over 50 years. In that time, he collected lots of artifacts and items and cleaning and organization was impossible the last several years. Mr. Old came to do a consult and was very honest in his assessment of what was possible and the timeframe. We entered into a contract at the end of November, during the winter months where weather can slow these types of processes down. When he called weeks before the agreed date of completion, I was amazed. Upon inspection of the home, it was exactly as he said it would be. The house was void of all items, and he even found some old diaries and saved those. We are very pleased and can move forward with the next steps in our process to sell our family home. This was an impossible job, and Mr. Old completed it in record time! It seems no job is too big for him. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.
