I want to thank you for your guidance on the options available to clear out my parents home of 50+ years. You explained it in a concise way such that we were able to determine the cost and schedule impact of each of the available options, so that we had the information needed to make a decision that worked for our family.
As stated on your website and when we first connected, your instructions to take what we want and leave everything else, made the process much less overwhelming. There was still plenty to sift through, but knowing that we were not going to have to clear out the stuff we did not want, helped.
We appreciate the professionalism of you and those you brought in to help, as we heard no complaints from the neighbors. You went above and beyond and kept the lawn mowed, so that we did not have to swing by to do so. You even finished the job early, which is allowing us to get the house on the market that much sooner.
