We would like to give our thanks and highest recommendation to Richard Old (www.webuyandsellstuff.com). When we were faced with the chore of closing our Pullman house, it seemed like a daunting and emotional mountain to climb. We wanted to move some things to our permanent Texas home, but we had 15 years of furniture, accessories and clothes in WA. Our realtor, Melanie Lange, highly recommended Mr. Old and thank goodness she did! He visited our home once and said he just “needed a two week window” and he would remove everything that was left (unless we specifically noted an item should stay). We were told to “leave things in place,” including clothes hanging in the closets, home items in cabinets, etc. What a relief this was! Richard removed everything in less than the time he had requested, even though we popped the start date on him with one day’s notice. He had great attention to detail, checking with us on a couple of items that he wasn’t sure we meant to leave. In short he was terrific! (BTW this was all at no cost to us, unbelievable!)
