I want to thank Richard Old for handling the emptying out of my mother’s home. I live on the east coast and trying to clean out a house in Pullman, WA from afar while holding a full-time job and raising children is difficult. He told me to leave everything I didn’t want in the house. I left him with a larger than 3000 square foot home filled to the brim with over 40 years of stuff.
